You keep 100% of your ticket revenue. You pay one flat price.
Per-ticket platforms take ≈15.6% of every sale — 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket in service fees, plus 2.9% processing. Venuo takes $0 of ticket revenue. Your buyers pay you, the money lands in your own payment account, and your cost is the same whether you sell 10 tickets or 1,000.
Comparison rates are modeled from published incumbent pricing, not quoted prices.
Flat monthly. No per-ticket fee, on any plan.
Every plan includes unlimited ticket sales pages, anonymous buyer checkout with email-delivered QR tickets, and door check-in scanning from any phone browser.
What a month of ticket sales actually costs you
If you sell tickets at $ a month
Savings = their take − your flat monthly plan.
The per-ticket side is modeled from publicly published rates (3.7% + $1.79 per ticket in service fees, plus 2.9% processing). Your real numbers depend on your own payment provider and event mix.
Go over your allowance and nothing stops.
Exceed your monthly admissions and the rate is ~$10 per additional 100 admissions, added to that month's invoice. It is soft by design: it never blocks admission mid-event. Your door keeps scanning, buyers keep buying, and you settle the difference afterwards — a ticketing tool that could lock the door at 9pm on a Saturday would be unusable, so this one can't.
The per-ticket comparison is modeled from published rates.
The things organizers actually ask
Whose account does the ticket money go into?
Yours. Buyers pay through your own connected payment account, and the money settles there directly. Venuo never holds ticket revenue — which is exactly why it can charge $0 of it.
What happens if an event pushes me over my monthly allowance?
Nothing, on the night. Sales and door scanning continue uninterrupted — the overage is billed softly at ~$10 per additional 100 admissions on that month's invoice. If it keeps happening, moving up a plan is usually cheaper, and the calculator above shows the break-even honestly.
What does “no per-ticket fee” actually mean?
Your buyer pays the ticket price you set, and never sees a Venuo fee — there is no service fee line, no percentage, no per-ticket charge added at checkout. Your payment provider's own processing cost is between you and them; Venuo adds nothing to it.
What happens to already-sold tickets if I change plans?
Nothing. Sold tickets stay valid, QR codes keep scanning, and your public event pages stay up. A plan change only adjusts your allowances and features going forward — it never touches orders that already exist.
Do door staff cost extra seats?
No. Door staff get a check-in-only login and they are not billed per seat — the plan's admissions allowance is what scales, not the number of people holding a phone at the entrance.
How do refunds work if Venuo never holds the money?
The refund runs on your own payment provider, in full or ticket by ticket, and the tickets involved are voided so they stop scanning at the door. Venuo records the refund against the order; it never moves the money, because it never held it.
Pick a plan now, change it any month. Your events and tickets are never held hostage.
